Center Trail Announces an Improved Product Line

April 7th, 2013 - Center Trail, LLC the leader in Do-It-Yourself website creation solutions for scouts, announces the availability of its completely overhauled product line.

This includes CoolCubs.com, ScoutLodge.com, GirlScoutPages.com, ExploredTrail.com, and ExplorerPosts.com

New features includes a more scalable technology platform, a contemporary design for the scouting unit websites, a streamlined website administration interface, and an exciting new E-Mail Blaster feature that allows unit leadership to send e-mails to all registered members of their scouting community, or to select sub-groups. The new technology platform and the e-mail blast capability pave the way for many more unit-to-community features to come.

Center Trail Announces Pack Communications Module

May 29th, 2012 - Center Trail, LLC the leader in Do-It-Yourself website creation solutions for scouts, announces the availability of a new powerful pack communications module.

The new pack communication module has been deployed and is included now in CoolCubs.com, ScoutLodge.com, and ExploredTrail.com . All subscriptions, including existing subscribers, include up to 1,000 e-mail notifications per month.

A core area of the new functionality is pack newsletters. Users can now can create pack newsletters and let our systems e-mail them to their scouting community. BSA guidelines are followed to ensure safe and effective pack newsletters, for the ultimate in Pack-To-Parent communication.

Additionally, there is now an invitation system for calendar events. Users can send e-mail invitations for calendar events and request RSVPs and headcounts from recipients. Also, add a list of wanted supplies to an event that can be managed to enable the scout volunteers to confirm which supplies they are bringing when they RSVP.

Should more notifications be required a simple subscription plan is available at CoolCubs.com, ScoutLodge.com, and ExploredTrail.com. The pack communications module will be rolled out to the remaining Center Trail sites (GirlScoutPages.com and ExplorerPosts.com) over the coming months.
